Our bespoke service enables clients to commission a hat, headpiece or hair accessory that perfectly matches their personality and outfit.
A bespoke 'heirloom' service is also available. Creating a treasured hair accessory from client's own fabrics or clothing is a complete privilege. Such special memories can be evoked by a prom dress or favourite item of clothing. This heirloom service is proving popular for gifts for special birthdays and celebrations.
During the initial appointment you will have the opportunity to try on a range of hats so we can gain an idea of the design that will suit your face shape, confidence level and outfit. Please have your outfit and accessories available at the appointment as both the colour and fabric are key design considerations. You will also be given a guide price and timescale for the creation of your finished hat or headpiece.
When you are ready to place the order, the design will be captured in a design agreement and a non refundable deposit of 50% will be required.
"Isabella was amazing to work with. She captured my alternative ideas of what I wanted from my headpiece."Bride-to-be
Once your hat or headpiece is ready, a follow-up appointment will be arranged. This will enable you to try on your finished hat and can confirm your hat or headpiece meets our design agreement. We will also ask you to pay the reminder of your hat balance so you are able to take your bespoke hat or headpiece home with you to enjoy.
To ensure there is enough time to create a headpiece to the high standard that our clients expect, we prefer 6 weeks notice for commissions. If you need a hat sooner than this, please contact us to discuss your time scale. Alternatively, you could choose a hat or headpiece from our ‘ready-to-wear’ collection, or consider our hat hire service.
"Isabella carefully picked colours that are in my bag and matching shoes to create this gorgeous fascinator."Glorious Goodwood Ladies Day client.
Isabella may need to be in contact with you during the creation process, this is often by email as it will enable you to see images of your hat as it is comes to life. You may also need to attend a second consultation if we need to check any specific hat features with you.
